More About the Role 

Join our team as a Junior Graphic Designer! This role will work with our many teams on their graphic design needs for current and potential clients, while also supporting design needs across the agency’s social media team. 

The Graphic Designer reports to our New York office on a hybrid schedule (2 days a week on-site).  

Responsibilities 

  • Asset Design: Assist with the production of materials and offer conceptual and visual solutions to enhance client materials for social media, events, and other campaigns. 

  • Creative and Visual Deck Creation: Ability to create recap decks for campaigns and proposals for new clients that speak to their brand identities.   

  • Client and Team Collaboration: Work within the visual aesthetics of many different clients, while also catering to the suggestions from the agency team members advising on the asset production.  

  • New Technology Exploration: Act as a resource to the agency into any design tools, new techniques that we can add to our assets.  

Qualifications 

  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience with freelance work, or internships  

  • Design Application Proficiency: Proficient in multiple visual applications including Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud 

  • Social Media Design Understanding: Experience and understanding of designing for static, moving and video assets for social media applications such as Instagram and TikTok and familiarity with best practices for engagement on each platform  

  • Web Page Creation Knowledge: Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for updating website content, would be a plus 

The salary is $50,000 annually.  This is a non-exempt role and eligible for overtime.
