Responsibilities
- Account Support: Handles day-to-day account support tasks, including the creation of trackers, reporting, recaps, filing images, invoices, budget management, etc.
- Campaign Development: Develops influencer lists, visual direction, and assists with messaging for branded campaigns while overseeing timely execution with talent and agency partners.
- Event Logistics and Coordination: Assists with the planning and execution of events that coordinate with branded initiatives and offers organic content opportunities for partners and consumers, by handling including RSVPS, talent management, check-ins, etc.
- Build & Maintain Lasting Relationships: Nurtures and sustains trusting relationships with both agency partners, clients, and talent.
- Relevant Experience: at least 3 months of previous influence in marketing, digital marketing, social media or public relations experience. Internship experience included; prior agency experience preferred.
- Organizational Proficiency: Excellent time management and organizational skills with experience handling multiple clients or projects at the same time.
- Passion & Industry Knowledge: Stays abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
